Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for services. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you schedule a service at least 3 business days in advance, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or to request your Good Faith Estimate, please contact our office at angela@gilmourcounseling.com. For more information about your rights, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
