MY FOCUS
Hello, my name is Hailey Cermack. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.
My areas of interest include anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and self-esteem. I strive to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and discover their strengths. I use an empathetic, collaborative approach that encourages growth and healing. I love working with teens, young adults, and couples.
I am currently a counseling Supervisee in Social Work working towards my LCSW. I completed my Master’s in Social Work at Liberty University in December 2025. I am also a graduate of Trinity Christian High School — I love working with students!
Hailey works under the supervision of Angela Gilmour, LCSW. Hailey is currently accepting new clients

For initial sessions, I charge $150 and all follow-up sessions are $130.

I accept most CareFirst/BCBS/Anthem policies.

Until I can be fully licensed as an LCSW (two years post graduation), I am required to be under supervision. Angela and I will be discussing all my cases and she will sign off on my documentation. In many ways, this is like receiving the latest information from my training in grad school combined with Angela’s 30 years of experience.
